The development of standards on Circular Economy is actually under the responsibility of ISO/TC 207, the historical Technical Committee in charge of developing standards on Environmental Management, and the newly established TC 323 specifically dedicated to the Circular Economy.
To increase the effectiveness between these two TCs, avoiding any possible overlapping, ISO/TC 207 decided to establish a dedicated Task Group. The new ISO/TC 207/TG 2 will be guided by Italy, with Daniele Pernigotti as Convenor and Viviana Buscemi, from UNI, as Secretariat.
The results of this activity will be reported regularly to the TC 207 Strategic Leadership Group of which Daniele is already a member.
