Nationwide, the Clean Power Plan will help cut carbon pollution from the power sector by 30 percent below 2005 levels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Children, the elderly and the poor are most vulnerable to a range of climate-related health effects. The Clean Power Plan will lead to public health and climate benefits worth an estimated $55 billion to $93 billion in 2030.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">States, cities and businesses are already taking action.
