It has been successfully closed yesterday in Panama the working group’s meeting (ISO/TC 207/SC1/WG5) on the ISO 14001 revision.
The WG5 formally approved to move the document to the DIS (Draft International Standard) stage. The publication of the standard on the environmental management system is confirmed within the summer 2015.
The DIS introduce a clear understanding of the relationship between environmental aspects and the new concept of "risk associated with threat and opportunities”.
